Maternal Health
The Maternal and Child Health program includes a variety of services focused on promoting healthy children, healthy families, and healthy communities, by promoting early prenatal visits health care that will continue during pregnancy, as well as throughout childhood. Fees are according to income and on a sliding fee scale. Services for this program include:
- Medical and dental assessment
- Health and nutrition information
- Psychosocial screening/referral
- Care coordination
- Assistance with plans for deliver
- Postpartum home visiting
- Assistance with plans for delivery
- Postpartum home visiting
