Living with HIV Program

The Living with HIV Program provides FREE support and information services to individuals diagnosed with HIV or AIDS, or those needing general information about HIV/AIDS. Consultations are confidential and vary depending on the needs of the individual.  Case Management services may include:

  • Empowering families to take a proactive stance against HIV/AIDS by stressing the importance of medicine regimens, regular doctor visits, and safe sex practices
  • Locating infectious disease specialists and investigating health insurance and prescription assistance options
  • Referrals to substance abuse and mental health programs, dental visits, emergency financial assistance resources, and food pantries
  • Transportation assistance to medical appointments
